Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and supporting construction activities across diverse project sites. Your expertise will help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dump truck, to perform earthmoving, grading, and site preparation tasks Assist with construction site activities including site clearing, excavation, grading, and material transportation Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow safety protocols diligently while working around construction sites and heavy equipment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and work performed Requirements Provide experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Construction site experience with grading, excavation, and utility installation processes Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and construction environments Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks in outdoor conditions for extended periods Relevant certifications or training in heavy equipment operation are preferred but not required Join our team to be part of a vibrant work environment where your skills make a real difference!
