This role involves performing exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties while representing Pro Solutions with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services Operate company equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and professional appearance Communicate professionally with customers on-site Follow safety procedures and company standards Assist with equipment setup and cleanup Work outdoors in various weather conditions Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and around heights Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous cleaning or labor experience is a plus but not required
