Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Roofing Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with all aspects of roofing projects, including material handling, site preparation, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and equipment Perform general labor tasks on job sites as directed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Support crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift heavy materials regularly Comfortable working at heights Willingness to work in all weather conditions Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous construction or roofing experience (not required, but a plus)
