This role combines hands-on print production with vinyl graphics and wrap installation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys both production and installation work. Responsibilities Operate large-formate printer, plotter, laminator, and related equipment Rip and print already prepared artwork files, Weed material and section out for installation Install vinyl graphics, signage, decals, and vehicle wraps Assist with vehicle wraps Perform surface prep, measuring, trimming, and finishing Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and install areas Load/Unload materials and assist with shop operation. Qualifications Experience with vinyl installation, signage, or wrap installation is preferred Familiarity with large-format printing and producution equipment Ability to use hand tools and work with precision Strong attention to detail and problem solving Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Valid drivers license Preferred Experience Vehicle Wraps, Window Graphics, Commercial Signage Large-formate print production, Lamination and Plotting Experience with Adobe Illustrator or production software is a plus
