Job Description
Job Summary Bus Dudes Property Management is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. We manage residential, multifamily, and commercial properties throughout Southeast Idaho and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and being part of a strong team culture. This position will assist with property renovations, repairs, maintenance projects, and general construction work across multiple properties. Responsibilities General construction and labor tasks Framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish work Demolition and remodel preparation Basic plumbing and electrical repairs preferred Installation of cabinets, doors, trim, fixtures, and hardware Property clean-up and job site preparation Assist with unit turns, renovations, and property improvement projects Load/unload materials and tools Follow safety procedures and maintain organized job sites Work efficiently with team members and management Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and team membersQualifications Construction or maintenance experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to use basic hand and power tools Willingness to learn and grow with the company About Us At Bus Dudes Property Management, our mission is Empowering People to Live Their Dreams .
