None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as a versatile technical expert, executing high-quality repairs and interior finishes across a variety of residential and commercial job sites. This role is designed for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys travel and variety, offering the chance to be the "face" of our field operations. You will join a hand-selected team that operates with a "second family" feel and values top-tier craftsmanship. How You Will Make an Impact Execute high-end finish carpentry and light structural carpentry to restore property interiors to pre-loss condition. Install and finish drywall with precision, ensuring seamless surfaces ready for final coating. Perform professional-grade painting and staining to meet strict aesthetic and quality standards. Resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues safely and efficiently during the restoration process. Complete diverse general handyman tasks to finalize project punch lists and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized mobile workspace while traveling between various project locations. Collaborate with project managers to provide real-time updates on material needs and project timelines. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or property maintenance. Proven proficiency in drywall hanging/finishing and finish carpentry. Demonstrated ability to perform basic "handyman" electrical and plumbing repairs. Ability to travel frequently to different job sites as required by the project schedule. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Advanced knowledge of residential and commercial building codes. Prior experience in the insurance restoration or disaster recovery industry.
