Responsibilities Assist with various phases of construction projects, including framing, roofing, drywall installation, and concrete finishing Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform site inspections to verify quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to project specifications Support skilled trades like plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and carpentry in their respective tasks Prepare surfaces through plastering, caulking, or painting to ensure a polished finish Assist with heavy equipment operation when trained and certified, including forklifts or excavators as needed Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris and ensuring all tools are properly stored Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of general construction processes Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment operation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately Knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations Skills in specific trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry and door hanging), masonry, roofing, or flooring installation are a plus Experience with concrete forming, finishing, or restoration projects is advantageous Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks consistently Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and safety practices Join us in building something extraordinary!
