Job Description

Gumino Industries Construction Group is a third-generation construction company looking for an experienced skilled laborer to join our growing team in the Chicagoland area. We are searching for someone dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and experienced in construction and job site operations.
Responsibilities:
General construction labor and carpentry support Job site setup and cleanup Loading and unloading materials Use of hand tools and power tools Assisting with framing, demolition, millwork, and installations Operating basic construction equipment Following safety procedures and maintaining organized job sites Working with team members to complete projects efficiently Communicating with project managers and crew leaders
Qualifications:
Previous construction or skilled labor experience required Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physical environments Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience with tools and construction equipment preferred Punctual and dependable Ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred Experience:
Carpentry Remodeling Millwork or finish work Demolition Painting Flooring Drywall CNC or shop experience is a plus
