About the Job We are a busy plumbing and HVAC company specializing in water heaters, including tankless systems, boilers, sump pumps, and related residential work. We are looking for a reliable, experienced helper or laborer to support our lead technicians in the field. This is hands-on work for someone who knows their way around tools and job sites and is ready to work. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with water heater installs, replacements, and repairs Loading, unloading, and moving equipment and materials Helping with demolition, cleanup, and job site organization Running tools and materials to technicians as needed Following safety procedures and keeping job sites clean and professional Communicating clearly with the lead tech and team What We're Looking For Prior experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or mechanical trades required Comfortable lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic and good attitude Shows up on time and ready to work Willingness to learn and take direction We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Experienced Helper / Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction, renovation, or manual labor projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring job sites are safe and efficient. The ideal candidate is physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of performing demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist skilled workers with construction, demolition, or renovation tasks Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies Operate basic hand tools under supervision and follow safety protocols Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope Skills Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding manual labor tasks Ability to follow directions accurately and work well within a team Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures (nice-to-have) Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements Good communication skills for effective teamwork and safety compliance This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction or labor industry while contributing to meaningful projects.
