Operate basic power tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by regularly tidying work areas and disposing of waste properly. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your teammates. Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills on the job. Basic understanding of construction safety practices; prior experience is a plus but not required.
