Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a strong and growing company in Avilla, IN. What began as a maintenance and repair shop in 2007 quickly grew into a globally recognized pioneer in the furnace industry. The small family owned and operated company is making big moves and looking to add to its family like staff.
Skilled General Labor Job Summary:
$15.00 Monday - Thursday 6am-430pm w/overtime Temp to Full time
Skilled General Labor Duties:
Operate bandsaw, grinder, and brake press Cut ceramic fiber blanket and assist with refractory Tape and prep equipment for painting Assist with fabrication and mechanical assembly of industrial equipment Use basic maintenance tools and equipment Able to read tape measure Operate forklifts
Skilled General Labor Qualifications:
Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift over 50 pounds Ability to climb tall ladders Positive attitude No Diploma or GED Required—Is a plus Must be able to work individually or as a team.
