Job Description

Overview Join Our Team:
Construction Crew Leader Celebrating 50 Years of Excellence (1976-2026)! Mike Czajkowski Builders (MCB) is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to guide our crew. If you're a skilled operator who leads by example, we want to talk to you!
Pay & Bonuses Rate:
$25 - $35/hour
Performance Bonuses:
Available after a probationary period

Key Job Requirements Equipment Pro:
Skilled operation of skid steers, mini-excavators, and dump trucks.
Technical Skills:
Precision concrete cutting (slab saws, wall saws).
Leadership:
Manage site flow and work right alongside the team. Safety & Driving 100%
Drug-Free:
Strict heavy equipment safety policy.
Clean Record:
Valid driver's license required.
CDL Preferred:
Class A or B preferred (training offered!).
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
