Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of building projects from the ground up! In this energetic role, you will assist skilled tradespeople by performing essential manual tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining a productive work environment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to impactful projects that shape communities. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Be a productive member of the crew. Jobs ranging from demo, installation of windows, siding, roofing, decking, fencing, etc. Perform tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, installing, and cleaning work areas to maintain safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members Operate hand tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to proper procedures Help with site cleanup and organization to keep the work area tidy and hazard-free Support the delivery of quality workmanship by following instructions carefully and completing assigned tasks promptly Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is preferred but not required Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary PLUS
