Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal individual should be self motivated and willing to work outside in a variety of conditions. Responsibilities

• Perform general street/parks maintenance.
• On call rotation is required Qualifications
• High School education or equivalent.
• Valid Indiana driving license with class B endorsement required (or be able to obtain class B endorsment).
• General construction and maintenance knowledge helpful.
• Knowledge of proper use of variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate various light to medium equipment such as skid steers, loaders and dumptrucks.
• Ability to be able to lift heavy objects up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to deal in an informative and tactful manner with the public.
• Be willing to manage and accept changing priorities.
