Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hardscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments! In this energetic role, you'll work alongside skilled craftsmen to install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry elements. Duties Assist in the preparation and layout of hardscape projects using blueprint reading and schematics to ensure precise installation. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to install concrete forms, masonry units, pavers, and other materials. Mix and pour concrete, ensuring proper finishing techniques for smooth surfaces and durable structures. Install features such as stone veneer, brickwork, and trim carpentry components with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members on demolition, restoration, or remodeling tasks related to hardscape projects. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles. Experience with concrete finishing, masonry work (including bricklaying and stone setting), and concrete forming techniques. Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection processes, plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, and restoration work is a plus. Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics for glass installation or cabinetry projects. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques like.
