Position Summary:

We are seeking Construction Workers who want to learn how to build swimming pools. Experience is not required, we are willing to train. We do require a positive attitude, and great attendance, with the ability to start work at 6am.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct vinyl liner and/or gunite swimming pools, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal Prepare site, including excavation and base preparation Install pool walls, plumbing, and other components Measure, cut, and install vinyl liners, ensuring a perfect fit Conduct quality control checks and make necessary adjustments Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project completion Adhere to all safety standards and protocols

Qualifications:

Must have excellent attendance Experience is not required, but any construction or manufacturing background does help Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
