Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Interpret schematics and project plans to guide the crew in executing tasks accurately. Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction. Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates with stakeholders. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards and specifications. Oversee the use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical work and ensure proper handling of materials related to pipeline construction. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations on-site. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Projects include Roofing, Siding, Decks Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools. Experience with quality control processes in construction projects. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and contracts. Proficiency in using construction management software is an advantage. A solid understanding of OSHA regulations related to workplace safety.
