Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves general site labor and clean-up, as well as the operation of various machinery to support construction projects. Pay will be $18 an hour and it is not negotiable. Responsibilities Perform general site housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Refuel construction equipment as needed. Locate and organize materials efficiently to support project timelines. Operate equipment, including forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and scissor lifts, to move materials safely around the site. Essential Skills Certification in operating forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and scissor lifts. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with HVAC installation, power and hand tools, plumbing, duct work, fabrication, and construction tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with duct installation, cast iron, and sheet metal work. Ability to use a tape measure accurately. Why Work Here?
