Construction Crew Superintendent

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Crew Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily site activities, supervise construction crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by managing subcontractors, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring quality standards are met. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, providing clear direction and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives with timelines and budgets Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, schematics, and specifications Conduct regular safety inspections in compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols across the site Oversee project scheduling using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to keep projects on track Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of design intent and contractual obligations Manage quality control processes by inspecting work for compliance with industry standards and client expectations Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and Bluebeam for document review to facilitate accurate communication and documentation Maintain detailed records of progress, change orders, budgets, and safety incidents using construction management software like ProCore or HeavyBid Supervise subcontractors and labor crews, providing mentorship and resolving on-site issues promptly Experience Proven management experience in construction supervision or a similar leadership role within heavy civil, commercial, or infrastructure projects Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction management principles Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Primavera P3 is essential Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately Knowledge of contracts administration and construction estimating processes Demonstrated ability in budgeting, cost control, and managing project timelines effectively Supervising experience that highlights leadership skills in managing diverse teams on complex projects Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards along with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., OSHA 30-hour) Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar platforms is highly desirable Join us as a Construction Crew Superintendent where your expertise will shape the future of infrastructure development!
