This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to residential renovations, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction knowledge. As a key team member, you'll contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality construction sites while gaining valuable experience across multiple trades. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform tasks related to framing, drywall installation, door hanging, window installation, and trim carpentry Conduct site inspections for safety compliance and quality assurance; assist with construction inspection processes Support specialized work such as stucco application, plastering, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, glass installation, cabinet installation, and masonry work Assist with concrete forming, finishing, restoration projects, heavy equipment operation, and other construction activities as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining a safe work environment Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in various trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing or electrical work Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics; ability to interpret technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely; experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating processes is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards on all projects Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and procedures Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your career!
