Construction Helper Assist crew lead with all aspects of rough and finish construction General labor, material handling, cleanup, and learning trade skills Opportunity to grow into more skilled roles with on-the-job training Requirements for
Helper:
Previous construction or carpentry experience required Own standard hand/power tools (e.g., hammer, tape measure, cordless drill, saws, etc.) Reliable transportation to job sites Valid driver's license Pass background check, drug screening, and hiring process Strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn/follow instructions Physically fit for heavy lifting, standing long hours, and outdoor work
Locations:
Primarily LaPorte County and Porter County (Northwest Indiana)
Types of Work:
New builds, fix-flips, residential/commercial remodels Emphasis on safety, clean job sites, and professional conduct
