Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Worker with experience in finish carpentry to complete high-quality interior finishing work. This role focuses on painting, installing trim, doors, and other final elements that bring a project to completion. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering polished results.

Key Responsibilities:

Install interior and exterior doors, including measuring, fitting, and hardware installation Measure, cut, and install trim, baseboards, crown molding, and casing Perform detailed finishing work to ensure clean lines and professional appearance Repair or replace damaged trim, doors, and finishing elements Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and effectively Collaborate with other contractors on-site Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes Perform any other duties assigned Qualifications Proven experience in finish carpentry or similar construction role Strong knowledge of trim work, door installation, and finishing techniques Ability to read and interpret construction plans and measurements Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Physical ability to lift materials, stand for long periods, and work in various conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality Work Environment On-site construction settings (residential and commercial throughout Southern Indiana) May involve working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits:

$20 - $30 per hour; based on experience Opportunities for overtime
