Job Title:

Construction Crew Member (Experience Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable construction crew member with hands-on experience. Pay is based on skill level — the more you know, the more you make. We're looking for someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Requirements:

Construction experience required Reliable and consistent (shows up on time, ready to work) Good attitude and works well with others Detail-oriented and quality-focused Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors Preferred (Not Required): Metal roofing experience Pole barn / post-frame construction experience

What You'll Do:

Assist with roofing, framing, and general construction Work with a crew to complete jobs efficiently Keep job sites clean and organized Follow direction and maintain quality workmanship

Pay:
