This position is ideal for those looking to start their career in a hands-on environment in the cultured marble environment. As an Entry Level Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills in a supportive team setting. Duties Everyday tasks for fabricators include the ability to fabricate, buff, sand help install cultured marble products .
Candidate must be able to:
Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus but not required Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is beneficial but not mandatory Drives license required Join us today and take the first step towards building a rewarding career in the cultured marble and granite industry.
