Hiawatha, KS Haul Yeah LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. We provide junk removal, moving services, light demolition, cleanouts, cleaning, and general labor services throughout Northeast Kansas and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work as part of a team. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to help customers solve problems while working both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities Junk removal and debris hauling Residential and commercial moving assistance Light demolition projects Property, garage, shed, and yard cleanups Loading and unloading trucks and trailers Lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items safely Providing professional customer service on job sites Following safety procedures and company standards Requirements Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed Must be comfortable performing physical labor throughout the day Preferred Qualifications Experience in moving, construction, demolition, landscaping, or general labor Experience towing and backing trailers is a strong plus Familiarity with load securement and safe hauling practices Valid driver's license preferred Experience operating pickup trucks and trailers preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance Flexible scheduling Opportunity for advancement as the company grows Variety of work and job sites Team-oriented work environment If you're dependable, motivated, and not afraid of hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
