Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, and trim work Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project specifications and requirements Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on-site Support masonry tasks including bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying for aesthetic and structural purposes Help with rrestoration, renovation projects, and other specialized trades as needed Use heavy equipment such as track loaders, excavators Maintain a clean and organized work site by disposing of debris and securing materials properly Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for eager learners Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with construction estimating is a plus Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery used in construction activities Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, plastering, caulking, flooring installation, and tile laying is advantageous Valid driver's license Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards Join us in building exceptional structures that stand the test of time!
