Demo Laborer

We're on the lookout for a Demo Laborer who knows their way around a job site, a skid steer, and a crew of hardworking teammates. The Pay & Perks (AKA Why You'll Love It Here) $20
  • 25/hour , depending on experience, 3 years minimum preferred Full benefits package

  • we want you to take a vacation What You'll Do (Besides Feel Like a Job Site Rockstar) Demo old decks and outdoor structures across the Kansas City area Run power tools and equipment like a pro (skid steers, saws, etc.
) Keep job sites safe, clean, and ready for the build team to shine Solve problems on the fly (because surprises are part of the fun) Be the calm, capable point person for project managers and homeowners What We're Looking For 3+ years of real-world construction or demolition experience Skilled with heavy equipment—you and a skid steer? Best friends. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical stamina and a love of working outside (even when it's a little muddy) A good sense of humor—because even demo days go sideways sometime Why Work With Us?
