Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will contribute to building and renovating structures that make a difference. In this role, you will be an essential part of the crew, assisting with a variety of tasks that ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Whether working on commercial or residential sites, you'll gain hands-on experience while supporting skilled tradespeople in delivering quality results. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support framing, drywall installation, roofing, and other tasks Perform heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete blocks, rebar, and other supplies needed for construction projects Support concrete work by mixing concrete with mixers or assisting with pouring and finishing concrete surfaces per blueprints, schematics, and drawings to understand project Support renovation projects by performing carpentry tasks like trim carpentry, caulking, and plastering while adhering to safety standards Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate equipment and troubleshoot basic issues on-site Experience with construction estimating processes for material needs and project planning Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing, and concrete pumping techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and commercial driving when necessary Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for various construction tasks Knowledge of masonry work including tile laying, flooring installation, roofing, metal stud framing, and restoration projects Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces while maintaining safety protocols Join us if you're ready to build your career in construction!
