We're seeking a dependable Laborer to support construction and utility projects across Manhattan and nearby areas. This hands-on role involves trenching, demolition, equipment signaling, and general site prep while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and demolition. Assist with pipe installation, site leveling, and equipment spotting. Operate hand and small power tools (e.g., jackhammers, tampers). Clean and maintain tools, work areas, and occasionally run errands. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe worksite.

Requirements:

Construction or general labor experience preferred. Ability to operate hand tools and small equipment. Physically capable of lifting 50-100 lbs and working outdoors year-round. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Heavy Equipment Operator 1 & 2

Overview:

We're hiring skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for construction and quarry projects in Manhattan and surrounding areas. Operators will be responsible for safely running equipment like dozers, graders, backhoes, and cranes while supporting excavation, grading, and material movement tasks.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy machinery for excavation, grading, and demolition work. Load and move dirt, rock, and materials on construction sites. Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs. Communicate with crews and follow job site safety guidelines. Monitor equipment performance and report any issues.

Requirements:

Experience operating heavy construction or quarry equipment. Knowledge of safe work practices and basic machine maintenance. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read site instructions.

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
