Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools across the site safely and efficiently. Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons by providing necessary assistance. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines. Help with site cleanup and organization at the end of each workday to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and site-specific procedures. Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration on fast-paced projects. Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work effectively within a team. Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols. Ability to follow directions carefully while maintaining attention to detail.
