Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites to ensure a safe working environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to project goals effectively. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is an asset. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects regularly. A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
