We take care of the business side—scheduling, marketing, customer management—so you can focus on honing your skills, gaining real-world experience, and becoming a highly skilled craftsman. • You have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a goal of becoming a skilled craftsman. Basic Knowledge of Tools & Safety Procedures
• Comfortable using hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic power tools under supervision. Reliable & Professional
• Show up on time, follow instructions, and treat customers' homes with respect and care.

What You'll Do:
