General Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and hardworking laborers to join our team in the green industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the lawn and landscape maintenance teams, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Attendance is very important to make sure the team functions effectively. Duties Operating lawn maintenance equipment. Utilize hand tools, power tools and small power equipment. Assist in loading and unloading materials on job sites or material suppliers, ensuring proper handling and storage. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment . Perform routine inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Following directions and tasks assigned. Collaborate with team members to meet schedules and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Snow Removal Landscape projects and maintenance Handscape construction Experience Previous experience in the green industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment operations is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
