Responsibilities Assist in the installation and repair of various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental styles. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely to measure, cut, assemble, and secure fencing materials. Support the framing process for fence posts and panels, ensuring proper alignment and stability. Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for fence footings or landscape features as needed. Help with landscape maintenance tasks such as clearing debris, grading soil, or installing hardscape elements like retaining walls or pathways. Assist with masonry work related to fence posts or decorative features to ensure structural integrity. Maintain a clean work site by organizing tools and materials regularly to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment is highly desirable. Knowledge of frame carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, or landscape maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to safety protocols and ability to follow detailed instructions on-site.
