A level for wherever you are New to the trades? Start at CT1 . We'll teach you everything — no construction experience required. Some installation, framing, or production experience? You may come in at CT2 and ramp into advanced installs faster. Strong installer with trim, siding, or roofing-system experience? CT3 roles are open. Master-level tech, lead, or working supervisor? We have CT4 / Team Lead roles open today. The growth path — Enerpan's CT Program The Enerpan Construction Technician (CT) Program is a structured, four-level progression that takes you from new hire to crew lead. You advance when you've demonstrated the skills — not when it's someone's turn — and every skill is taught on the job and signed off by a senior tech or Production Supervisor. CT1 — Foundation Tech ($18

• Material prep, fastening, sealants, cleaning, and assisting senior techs. Learn the fundamentals. CT2 — Production Tech ($20
• 22/hr)
• IMP wall and roof panel installs, Versadeck, RRP, batt and rock wool insulation, drywall, DensGlass. CT3 — Advanced Tech ($22
• 24/hr)
• Interior and exterior trim, siding, perforated panels, TPO roofing, RRP and standing seam roofing, roof curbs. CT4 — Master Tech / Team Lead ($25+/hr)
• Commercial doors and hardware, welded frame doors, roll-up doors, process instruction and training, team leadership.

Wherever you start, you always know what you're working toward and what it takes to get there. What you'll do Day-to-day work varies by CT level (see the program above). Across the production floor, our technicians: Read shop drawings and pull materials per the Bill of Materials Install panels, roofing, trim, insulation, doors, and related building systems Apply sealants, perform surface and solvent cleaning, and prepare finished assemblies Train and develop the techs around them as they advance Maintain Enerpan's quality and safety standards on every build We'll match your day-one assignments to your skill set. What we're looking for Across every level: A strong work ethic and reliable attendance A willingness to learn — and, as you advance, to teach Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred If you're applying at CT1 (entry level): No prior experience required. Construction background is a plus. If you're applying at CT2 or above, we value: Hands-on experience with IMP wall and roof panels, insulation, trim, siding, or roofing systems A proven quality record on previous installations For CT4 candidates: team leadership and on-the-job training experience Physical requirements Ability to walk and stand 6-8 hours per day Ability to stoop and bend regularly Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently Willingness to work year-round in covered open warehouses Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
