Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support framing, roofing, concrete finishing, and other construction tasks Support skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall installation by providing necessary assistance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform demolition, framing, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and other finish work as directed Help with heavy equipment operation under supervision for tasks like excavation or material transport Conduct routine inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Knowledge of various construction trades including roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, and concrete finishing is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Basic understanding of construction management principles and estimating processes is advantageous Join us if you're ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to exciting projects that make a real impact!
