Job Description

Job Summary Serve as lead skilled trades professional responsible for overseeing and executing various construction projects within residential and commercial settings. This lead role will ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Responsibilities Oversee and assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. Operate and maintain various hand and power tools safely. Follow blueprints, schematics, and project plans to meet specifications. Coordinate and support skilled tradespeople in tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Skills Proficiency in using construction management tools. Familiarity with contract specifications and compliance requirements. Experience with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Understanding of pipeline construction processes and related schematics. Knowledge of quality control measures within the construction industry. Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical testing when required. Strong skills in construction estimating for project planning purposes. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
