Laborer Benefits:

Pay:

$16-20 an hour - determined by experience. Paid Weekly 5 PTO Days per year + additional available after 1 year with the company IRA Plan with match Opportunity for growth and promotion Full-time position Health Insurance Per Diem if traveling greater than 1.5 hours one way per day Straight Pay for all hours over 40

Laborer Requirements:

Drug free Reliable transportation to and from work High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Understanding of basic construction techniques, culture and materials Basic Hand Tools already owned (hammer, tool belt, impact drill)

Laborer Responsibilities:

Site Preparation & Cleanup:

Clear, sweep, and remove debris, hazardous materials, and trash from the job site daily.

Material Handling:

Load, unload, and distribute building materials and heavy equipment across the site.

Trade Assistance:

Form/place/finish concrete, demolition, and help carpenters/superintendent as directed.

Tool Operation:

Safely use basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers, etc.).

Safety Compliance:
