Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30

PM Pay:

$19.00/hour Full-Time Position General Laborer Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Previous experience in construction, maintenance, installation, or service work preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills General understanding of construction and job site safety practices Comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet using aerial lifts and equipment Ability to travel throughout the Southeast and Midwest with overnight stays during the week (home on weekends) Experience operating lifts, aerial platforms, or similar equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or specifications is a plus General electrical knowledge preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when needed About the General Laborer Role Crown Staffing is hiring General Laborers for a company specializing in the installation and maintenance of sports facility equipment. This position involves assisting with projects at schools and facilities throughout the region, including gym equipment, scoreboards, bleachers, and related systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist with installation and maintenance of gymnasium equipment and bleachers Support installation of indoor and outdoor scoreboards Help troubleshoot equipment and job site issues Operate lifts, aerial platforms, and other job site equipment safely Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting tools and materials Maintain tools, equipment, and organized job site conditions Document maintenance and repair information electronically Assist with project setup, cleanup, and daily operations Follow all workplace safety procedures and company standards Travel to customer job sites throughout the Southeast and Midwest as needed Support additional installation and maintenance duties as assigned About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
