Based on experience (with room to grow) Job Overview We are looking for a motivated roofing laborer who is willing to learn and grow with our team. Experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person. If you've got a good work ethic, show up on time, and want to build a career in roofing and exterior work, we want you. Responsibilities Assist with residential and/or commercial roofing projects Help repair roofing systems (shingles, etc.) Learn and assist with gutters, fascia, soffit, and exterior repairs Carry materials, set up ladders, and maintain a clean job site Follow safety guidelines and team instructions Work efficiently as part of a crew Requirements Some construction or roofing experience preferred (not required) Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions Comfortable working at heights Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Steady work with a growing company Competitive pay based on performance Supportive team environment Bonus Skills (Not Required) Experience with roofing, gutters, fascia, or siding Basic hand tool knowledge Construction background
