Now Hiring:
Construction Worker (1099 Contractor) - Peppers Investments LLC Peppers Investments LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated 1099 Construction Worker to help with residential renovation and rental property projects.
Job Duties:
Demolition and cleanup Drywall, painting, flooring, and trim work Basic carpentry and remodeling tasks Loading and unloading materials General job site assistance Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic hand tools preferred Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Compensation:
1099 Independent Contractor Position Pay based on experience and skill level Opportunity for consistent work and advancement We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and wants to grow with a fast-paced real estate investment company.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
