Landscape Construction Worker

E Woolf Landscape is looking for a dependable, hard-working Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in hands-on construction projects, and has experience with concrete, brick work, walkways, pathways, stone edging, or equipment operation. This role will assist with landscape construction and hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, stone borders, concrete-related work, and other outdoor construction projects. We are looking for someone who can follow direction, work well with a crew, and show up ready to work.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with landscape construction and hardscape projects Help build and install walkways, pathways, stone edging, patios, borders, and similar outdoor features Perform concrete, brick, stone, and general construction-related tasks Operate or assist with machinery and equipment as needed Load, unload, and move materials safely Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Experience in construction, concrete work, brick work, stone work, walkways, pathways, edging, or similar hands-on labor preferred Experience with machinery or outdoor construction equipment preferred Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Must be physically able to lift, carry, dig, bend, and work outdoors Must have the ability and willingness to train, learn, and improve Must be able to follow directions and complete tasks safely Valid driver's license required Must pass a drug test Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate is someone with construction or hardscape experience who is dependable, coachable, and willing to learn the way E Woolf Landscape completes high-quality outdoor projects.

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
