Who We're Looking For We're looking for a hardworking and dependable laborer who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You'll be working directly under our lead mason and crew leads, learning how to demo, mix, pour, grind, and repair all types of concrete and masonry surfaces. This job is physical and fast-paced — perfect for someone who wants to build a career, not just punch a clock. Responsibilities Assist with demolition, grinding, mixing, and clean-up Move and handle materials like concrete, brick, and block Operate grinders, mixers, and other job-site tools Help set up and break down daily work areas Support the crew in concrete finishing, patching, and brickwork Follow directions and maintain a safe, clean job site Learn trade skills and take pride in quality workmanship Requirements Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Physically able to lift 60+ lbs and perform demanding labor Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Reliable transportation to job sites Positive attitude and ability to follow direction Experience in construction, concrete, or masonry is a plus but not required What We Offer Year-round, steady work Weekly pay and direct deposit Opportunity to move up — we promote from within Hands-on training from experienced masons and concrete finishers Supportive team that values effort and reliability Work that keeps you active and builds lasting skills Why Work With Us If you take pride in hard work, show up on time, and want to learn a valuable trade, we'll invest in you.
