General Construction Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist or lead in various tasks on construction sites, including preparing job sites, loading and unloading materials, assembling and dismantling temporary structures, and following all site health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist or lead as/ a skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) on-site. Load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools. Operate hand and power tools as directed. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards. Erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in construction is required. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools. Willingness to work in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic and reliability.

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions. Physically demanding; requires lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. May involve early morning start times and extended work hours.

Compensation:

18-25 - Compensation is based on the candidate's experience.
