Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This is a seasonal position, which consists of working with our pool service technicians. This position will include, but not limited to building new pools, replacing liners, completing service work, openings, closings, and other projects as needed. It requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. This job will entail meeting in the morning for a briefing of the current day's workload, loading the trucks with the items necessary to complete the day's work and providing support at all the jobs for the day. All conduct must be professional when speaking with the customers, including respecting their grounds. Wages will be determined based on experience. Responsibilities Must have valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation. Load and unload products from trucks efficiently and safely. Lifting heavy objects such as, but not limited to products, tools, equipment, and chemicals. Ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift on a daily basis. Ability to work long hours, sometime in extreme heat and willing to learn. Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote safety and efficiency. Speaking and acting in a professional manner with customers. Qualifications Previous experience in the pool industry or construction preferred, but willing to train right candidate. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time.
