Construction Laborer

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the trade, work with their hands, and grow within the construction industry. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Dependability is a must.

Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on residential and commercial job sites Support site setup and breakdown, including staging materials, tools, and equipment Heavy focus on cleanliness and organization of the job site and work vans/trailers Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times Operate basic hand tools and power tools (training provided) Support site preparation, demolition, framing, and other general construction activities Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines

Qualifications:

No experience necessary—training will be provided High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team Dependability and punctuality are essential Safety-conscious and eager to learn new skills
