Construction Laborer

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to various tasks that support the overall success of our operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed for construction projects. Requirements Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
