Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Construction Laborer to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute directly to our restoration and mitigation projects by assisting in various tasks such as demolition, carpentry, and painting. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain valuable skills and hands-on experience that could lead to future career advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks, including demolition, carpentry, painting, and other restoration duties. Operate construction tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision. Manage material handling, including loading and unloading supplies at job sites. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members and follow instructions to complete projects efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and follow all company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or restoration is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidates. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable and able to work year-round. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Must have a valid driver's license.
