Laborer Job Description We are seeking experienced laborers for our site division. The ideal candidates will have past experience in outdoor labor or on a construction site. You will be assisting operators, digging, and working with the team to grade land. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! Responsibilities Assist operators in daily tasks. Perform digging and land grading. Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Essential Skills Experience in on-site and outdoor labor. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Eagerness and willingness to learn and adapt. Work Environment Work is conducted outdoors on construction sites, requiring physical labor. The role involves site operations based out of Worcester and North Shore areas. Safety gear and appropriate attire are necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
