The Production Assistant answers to the Production Manager, General Manager and Chief of Operations, Main Duties /
Responsibilities:
We're looking for a skilled Handyman with broad construction experience and a strong ability to work along side an apprentice. This role prefers hands-on expertise in roofing, window wraps, gutters, drywall repair/installation, painting, and general remodeling work. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Daily responsibilities include managing and assisting with active job sites from start to finish, ordering and verifying materials, scheduling, visiting multiple job sites and the office, conducting post-build inspections, completing punch-list items, ensuring properties are ready for final inspection, and maintaining clean, organized job sites. This position also involves delivering materials to crews, troubleshooting issues in the field, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards. The right candidate must be organized, self-motivated, professional with customers and team members. Tasks Performed Post Build Inspections Material runs to and from the active job sites Finishing minor build items Attend in person inspections required by city/county. These are a few examples of duties but are not limited to necessary tasks on job sites.
